About the Founder
Dr. Tri’Sheena Stokes is the Founder of Breath and Grace, LLC, a women’s ministry leader, author, speaker, wife, mom, healthcare professional, and entrepreneur.
She encourages believers to strengthen their relationship with the Lord through prayer, Bible study, and obedience to the Holy Spirit.
She is passionate about supporting women through mentorship and practical guidance as they grow in their walk with the Lord.
My Journey
Growing up, I didn’t fully understand what a personal relationship with God meant, but the sound of connection in the prayers of others moved me.
Hearing my classmates pray with such boldness stirred something in me, even though they were children and may have simply been repeating what they heard at home or in church.
That longing to understand that kind of connection led me on a journey of seeking Him, visiting different churches, joining small groups, and searching for more of His presence.
Everything changed in 2008 when Scripture came alive to me in a new way, and my walk with the Lord deepened through prayer, Bible study, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Breath and Grace, LLC was born from that journey; a desire to help women grow in intimacy with the Lord and hear His voice clearly in their everyday lives.
